Almond paste is prepared by hand without the use of any additional agents with only the highest standard of almonds selected for use in its ingredients.
Firstly, the almonds are washed and then dried completely. After this drying process, the almonds are grated and pestled with marble mallets. Some water and casder sugar are added to the pestled almonds and they are spread over a marble table. After this step the kneaded dough is shaped and cut.
